Baby Back Ribs
Ingredients:
ü 1 Tablespoons Red Wine vinegar
ü 2 Tablespoons of BBQ Sauce
ü 1Tsp Smoked Paprika
ü 1Tsp Cumin seeds
ü 1Tsp Fennel seeds
ü 1Tsp of Coriander seeds
ü 1 Tsp of seasoned salt
ü 1 inches of ginger and 3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
ü ¼ cup of Ketch up
ü ½ red chili powder
ü 3 Tablespoons of brown sugar
ü Salt and pepper to taste
ü ¼ cup of honey
Instructions:
ü Place pork ribs is a container
ü Mix all ingredients and heat them in lower heat
ü Once the mix is cooled down, pour the mix over the ribs and refrigerate overnight
ü In an oven tray cook both sides of ribs (if you put ribs directly into the oven you won’t bet the coloring)
ü Slice ginger root thinly and spread over the ribs, then cook them in a 100C oven for 2 hrs.
If you have 15-year-old in your household, you don’t get to serve these in a dinner table (unless you make few KGs of these) as every time I made these, he eats half of them while they are resting outside of the oven.
