Ginger, Garlic, Lemon Chicken Breast
Ingredients:
ü Two children breast
ü 4 garlic cloves chopped
ü 1.5-inch ginger chopped
ü 1 lemon
ü 2 Teaspoons of olive oil
ü Two stems of curry leaves (optional)
ü 1 Tablespoon of cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds (roast them lightly in a pan and grind them)
Instructions:
ü Season Chicken breast generously with salt and pepper
ü Mix all ingredients well
ü Place half of the ingredients on a aluminum foil, place chicken breasts on top of the mix - And add rest of the ingredients and curry leave on top of chicken breast - Squeeze lemon all over
ü Wrap the aluminum foil keeping small opening
ü Bake them in pre heated (180degree) for 30 minutes
Service them on top of white rice
